FALL BASH 2009
Fall is in the air, and so is the smell of the farm as we look forward to our return to Hogeye Park. What in the world is Hogeye Park - you ask? That is the given name of the Vaughn Family Farm in North Simpson County out on Morgantown Road. We have been going out there now for a couple of years. It is a big afternoon, and there are plenty of activities planned for all of our children and teens.
The schedule of activities for October 24 are:
Children (Preschool-5th Grade):
Meet at church building and depart………..1:30-1:45 p.m.
Arrive at Hogeye Park and Devotional……...…..2:00 p.m.
Hayride and Tour of Farm………………………2:30 p.m.
Games, Activities, and Snacks………………..…3:00 p.m.
Departure to return to church building…………..3:45 p.m.
Teens (6th-12th Grade):
Meet at church building and depart………..4:00-4:15 p.m.
Arrive at Hogeye Park and Devotional……….....4:30 p.m.
Games, Activities, and Snacks…………………..5:00 p.m.
Hayride and Tour of Farm………………...…….6:15 p.m.
Departure to return to church building…………..7:15 p.m.

CELEBRATION 2009
Jr./Sr. High teens and adults need to get ready for our annual trip to Kentucky Lake. Applications are available on the youth bulletin boards. The registration form and money needs to be turned into Kirby by Sunday evening, October 11. If you have any questions, need help with a scholarship, or whatever just see me. Also encourage your friends to go!!
